Why I’m not blogging today
I’m not blogging today. This is me, not blogging.
Apparently, it’s going to be a sunny, balmy 21 degrees Celsius today.
Which, after a wet, woolly and wild winter is like telling me I’ve won the jackpot.
It’s to be short lived. Rain all week after this.
Which is why, today, instead of blogging, I’ll be doing some of this:

Some of this:

A bit of this:

But mostly, I’ll be doing this:

Right after I drop Roo at daycare.
I hope your Tuesday is as sunny as mine.
With less washing.
I totally have way to much washing today as well. Hope you get all yours done.

I got all but a couple of loads done, which are washed and waiting for me to deal with them this morning! I hope you got through yours, Rhi!
Agh. Washing. I feel you pain.

We’ve for rain and thunderstorms all week now – hence madly washing for two days as I’ve been banned from the dryer except in the case of emergencies!!
Yes, I’d be getting out and doing what washing you can while such a nice day.
Good on ya!
Nope we have the same crap basket (laundry full) of washing to do in this house. Hence the reason why I’m checking out the IBOT posts. Anything to delay hanging it out!

Haha! I did a bit of that too! I ended up with two loads left to go out that I will now have to use clothes horses and cost hangers to dry due to rain! Damn you, procrastination!
Yay for warmer weather!!! I’m loving that I can come out of hibernation after a yucky cold winter! Have fun while you’re not blogging xo

Haha! I actually don’t mind the washing and hanging out bit when it’s warm! It’s the bringing it in, folding it and putting it away that I hate!
The weather is lovely in Canberra today too. Enjoy your day!

It’s so wonderful when our region turns the corner! The rain for the next week doesn’t sound so nice – hope you and yours don’t go to stir crazy!
We’ve spent the whole morning (and the beginning of the afternoon) outdoors and i haven’t done a single load of washing yet. I was just starting to feel guilty about it when I came across your post. Synchronicity?
Tat recently posted..Oh no! You want to play?
Haha Tat! We spent all day outside too, and really, the washing is just a good excuse not to have to push the twins on the swing! They ended up takin turns pushing each other!
The spring weather is just lovely at the moment and I too have made the most of it before the rain comes by getting the washing done and on the line.

I hope you got all that you needed done PETA! I’ll have to watch the sky carefully today as I’ve still got some out there!
Oh, enjoy that sun, lovely! It’s divine out there. But it’s so typical that it’s now 4pm and my boys are still asleep!!! Go figure…

Haha, Grace! Why do they never sleep like that on stir-crazy, rainy days?? Murphy’s law as per usual!
That is a much better plan. Better than blogging. Rachel xx

Haha thanks Rachel!
Ahh yes the sun is out so its time to get outside and enjoy it.
I have spent time outside yesturday and today. Although most of today I have been inside.
But it is great to be able to put washing on the LINE OUTSIDE instead of a dryer or clothes horse.
Lisa recently posted..Taking some ME time
Right, Lisa! I don’t think I’ve had washin on the line for at least two months thanks to the weather! It’s been either raining or sol cold there’s no chance I would dry!
Now the sun is back in action my husband has banned me from the dryer due to the electricity bill!
Perfectly good reason to take a day off blogging! I can’t wait for this Middle East summer to end and I think once winter hits and we can head outdoors again I will be doing a lot of the same!

Oh I can only imagine how hot it would be outside!!
Hope you enjoyed your day daisy. Was gorgeous!
Lifeasmummymax recently posted..Oh my beating heart
It was beautiful, Joz. We went for two walks, spent the entire morning outside and got heaps of washing done. Some of which may or may not be still on the line!
Oh don’t get me started on washing, and vacuuming, and cleaning in general!!! As much as the sun is lovely here in Queensland, we desperately need the rain!

Washing I can handle. Actually of all the washing is done then I don’t have space to put it all away. My struggle is with the washing up. It is always there and takes me forever to get through. And I can’t stuff it into a machine and walk away.
